Blindness over crumbling roads

COULD you please ask our counci if they have a plan to surface a lot of our ever crumbling roads. I’ve asked this before and all I see is our borough’s roads are getting worse.

Or is it that they willl just patch up and hope for the best, ie. Doncaster Gate main road into our town centre is patched up again. One day I can see our roads collapsing. Can our council or are they just blind to our crumbling roads?
