A turn for the worse at Rawmarsh Community School
RAWMARSH Community School fails OFSTED for the first time. Well, well on the good ship RCS things have taken a turn for the worse.
The head honcho has been demoted but still remains there with his pieces of gold. His top heavy management structure creak with the weight of expectation and loose change whilst the teachers on the shop floor are under-resourced and under pressure to achieve more from less and less.
The Ofsted report makes grim reading and shows the leadership skills of the governors. Do they wander about with rose tinted glasses or in complete ignorance? Many hard working Teachers with countless years’ experience sacrificed their lively hoods, at RCS during the strike, with more honour and dignity than the current management.
