Council members voted to pull the plug on the huge indoor leisure venture in January because developers Oak Holdings had not progressed the project.
Now all concepts and proposals for the 333-acre former Pithouse West site, next to Rother Valley Country Park, are being considered.

Planning permission was granted for the £350 million YES! Project and current consent comprises leisure facilities, hotels, spa, health facilities.
New buyers will also inherit permission to build a sports complex, exhibition centre, conference centre and shops.
