Woman arrested on suspicion of murder

A WOMAN is being questioned on suspicion of murder following the death of a 43-year-old man in Balby.

Emergency services were called to a property in Cross Street, Balby at around 4.30am on Friday, where the body of the man was found.

A post-mortem found that the cause of death was multiple injuries.

The woman (41) was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday evening and remains in custody.

Police are keen to hear from anyone with information about suspicious activity in the Cross Street area last week.
