Why leave dog poo bags in hedges?
DURING my perambulations in the Broom, East Bawtry Road, Grange Road area, I am constantly aware of bags of dog poo stuffed into hedges or left in the gutter.
If dog walkers do carry a bag for their dog poo, why can’t they do the decent thing and take the bag home?
It is not a lot to ask — or is it?
