Volunteers invited to community clean-up day

THE latest clean-up day by the Mexborough Ferryboat Association will take place this weekend.

The group will meet at 10am on Saturday on the bridge just passed Mexborough Ferryboat Pub off Church Street Mexborough.  

Everyone is welcome and volunteers should wear old clothes, sensible footwear and fetch spades, forks and any other useful gardening tools.

Litter picking will also take place to prepare for the raised flowerbeds that we have secured funding.
