Wombwell murder suspect appears in court charged with multiple offences

A MURDER suspect appeared in court this morning (Monday) charged with killing a woman and stealing her car.

Lee Trevor Fueloep (40), of Willow Garth, Wombwell, appeared at Barnsley Magistrates' Court charged with murdering Jill Hibberd last Thursday (May 31).

Ms Hibberd (73) was found dead at her Roy Kilner Road home at 7.45am. A post mortem revealed she died of stab wounds.

Fueloep is also charged with stealing Ms Hibberd's Audi TT and burglary, both offences are alleged to have been committed last Wednesday.

Fueloep did not enter any pleas and he was remanded in custody to next appear at Sheffield Crown Court on Thursday (June 7).

Officers are appealing for anyone who has had sightings of Ms Hibberd’s red Audi TT (below), registration YM17 SYJ, to come forward.
