Woman rescued after road collision in Stainton

A WOMAN had to be cut from a vehicle in a collision yesterday morning.

A silver Renault Clio had collided with a hedge on Cockhill Lane, Stainton.

Emergency services were called shortly after 11.30am.

A police spokeswoman said: “The woman driving the car was not injured.”
