'Woman killed furing kinky sex' - claim

House husband Jason O'Malley (40), who was having affairs with three women at the same time, claimed mother-of-two Kerry Sneddon liked him to squeeze her throat during sex.

He told officers when arrested that the beauty therapist encouraged him to apply "a little bit of pressure" and they had done it six or seven times in sex sessions, although he didn't like doing it.

But after 36-year-old Ms Sneddon’s naked body was found strangled with a ligature at the home they shared he told police he had no memory of the events that led to her death.

When police arrived at the house in Whybourne Grove, Rotherham, November last year he was groaning and spluttering, saying: “What have I done, is she going to be all right?”

O'Malley, said to be jealous and prone to violent outbursts, told police he could remember starting to have sex but they had never used a ligature and he could not remember finishing.

The former limousine driver denies murdering Ms Sneddon whom he met on an internet dating site.

The prosecution say O’Malley was unhappy because she did not leave work promptly and he throttled her after an argument.
