Woman dies after having "medical episode at the wheel"
A MOTORIST died after having a medical episode at the wheel of her car.
The woman, aged in her 60s, was driving a silver Mercedes along the A60 Doncaster Road towards Tickhill in the early hours of Thursday, December 28.
Around 400m away from Wadworth, her car left the road and came to stop in the field and the woman died.
A police spokeswoman said: “At this time, it is thought that the woman suffered a medical episode at the wheel.”
