Woman (18) held on suspicion of murdering teenager in Denaby Main

A MURDER investigation has been launched after an 18-year-old man died after being attacked in Denaby Main.

Emergency services were called to Wadworth Street, Denaby Main at around 2.30pm on Wednesday, after reports that the man had been assaulted.

The teenager, who has been named on social media as Lewis Guest, was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His family have been informed.

An 18-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody.
