Waste centres switch to winter hours
RESIDENTS are being reminded that household waste recycling centres across Barnsley are about to switch to winter opening hours.
The change to hours, which comes into effect on Tuesday (1), will remain in place until March 31.
The Nicholas Lane facility in Goldthorpe will be open from 9am to 4pm, seven days a week, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
