FLY-TIPPING is often a topic that gets people talking but this picture certainly prompted a debate.

Tim Hadfield (@tjceramics) tweeted this snap of a boat fly-tipped at the entrance to the former landfill site between Cadeby and Sprotbrough.

He said: “Surely this has to be the ultimate fly tip ever?”

And a round of applause has to be given to Doncaster Council for their response to Tim.

An officer tweeted: “Hi Tim, we’re trying to establish whether it is a disgruntled Bullseye winner or a very lost sailor.

“We’ll update you when we can. Let’s hope we can give whoever dumped it a ‘special prize’.”
