VIDEO: Paul Chuckle backs our Restarting Rotherham campaign

COMEDY legend and proud Rotherham son Paul Chuckle has backed our Restarting Rotherham campaign, as the town looks to emerge from lockdown.

Paul threw his support behind our efforts as he picked up today’s ‘Tiser with his Chantry Brewery delivery.

Lifelong Rotherham United fan Paul encouraged residents and business owners to "get-together", citing our recent partnership with the Parkgate brewery as inspiration.

Of course, he couldn’t resist giving a cheeky shout out for the Millers and their promotion hopes, adding that people needed to focus on “restarting the whole of Rotherham”.

As Rotherham prepares to restart after lockdown, we are here to help put your business back into the spotlight.

The world is different from the one we operated in pre-lockdown. Business has changed, the future seems exciting once more, there are lots of new opportunities and you need to let people know exactly what you are offering.

We are here to help you beat the rest and be the best with our #RestartingRotherham project.

  • You may have already opened up and be busy with people desperate for takeaways, coffees, garden products or items they have not been able to buy over the past two months, but you don't want to lose your advantage — you need to make your voice louder.
  • Or you may be about to enter the re-fray and wonder how to stake your claim and make your pitch. You don't want to be left behind — you need to make your voice louder.
  •  You may never have advertised, be a regular, have advertised before but for whatever reason lapsed — you need to make your voice louder.

June 15 signals a new start, we will all be working in different ways and have new messages to impart, deals to shout about — you might be delivering, click and collecting, offering new products or services and you need to let people know.

Audience-wise at the Rotherham Advertiser we're bigger than ever before.

Each week we sell more than 16,500 copies of the paper, which is read by 50,000 people, we reach more than 100,000 people online and have more than 40,000 followers across our social media channels. We also print 20,000 copies of our free monthly lifestyle magazine Chase.

We believe the Rotherham Advertiser can make your voice and the voice of the community louder.
