Vehicles torched in Anston and Kiveton Park

Firefighters from Aston and Maltby stations were called out to Ryton Roat, Anston, at 7.20pm to a HGV alight and left the area after 15 minutes. 

A crew from Birley Moor station was called to a vehicle blaze on Dogs Kennel Lane, Kiveton Park, at 7.25pm and came away from the scene after an hour.

Both fires had been started deliberately, said a spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
