Vehicle fires in Dinnington, Conisbrough and East Herringthorpe

A crew from Birley Moor fire station was called out to St Joseph's Court, Dinnington, to a car fire at 1.10am on Sunday (May 5) which was classed as deliberate. 

At 6.50pm the same day, Edlington firefighters went out to a vehicle fire on Windmill Avenue in Conisbrough. 

A spokeswoman said the fire was out on arrival and fire officers had left the scene of the blaze, which was assessed as accidental, at 7.10pm.

A van was set on fire on Hounsfield Road, East Herringthorpe at 11.50pm last night (Monday). 

A crew from Rotherham station attended and left the scene by 12.30am.
