UPDATE: Rawmarsh road reopens after accident
A MAJOR Rotherham road was blocked for almost three hours by an accident.
The A633 High Street was closed in both directions after the collision between two vehicles at 12.50pm and reopened at about 3.30pm.
A police spokesman said: "At around 12.50pm today, we received reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian on High Street in Rawmarsh.
"A 52-year-old man was injured during the collision. His injuries are not believed to be serious."
