Two-car crash in Wath
TWO cars collided when a driver apparently braked to avoid an elderly man on a mobility scooter.
Witnesses reported seeing a car brake in front of the man crossing the road, at which point a second car ran into the back if it.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that a Nissan Primera and a Renault Clio had been involved in the incident.
She added that there did not appear to have been any serious injuries.
