Two taken to hospital after collision in Kimberworth
TWO people were seriously injured and taken to hospital after a collision in Kimberworth in the early hours of Saturday (May 4).
Police said a car driving towards the A629 in the direction of Upper Wortley Road had collided with a tree and set on fire at 1.30am.
"The two male occupants of the vehicle sustained serious injuries," a spokeswoman said.
Officers are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward and anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 63 of May 4.
