Two overnight arson attacks in Aldwarke
AN ARSON attack on bins in Aldwarke last night spread to a shipping container .
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to a deliberate fire on two bins on Aldwarke Lane at 11.25pm, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
The fire had spread to a shipping container but was out by midnight, the spokesperson added.
Crews from Dearne and Rotherham were called to a deliberate fire involving wooden pallets on Waddington Way, Aldwarke, at midnight, the spokesperson said.
The crew left the scene at 12.45am.
