Two hurt after car crashes into wall in Thrybergh

TWO people needed hospital treatment after their car crashed into a wall.

The accident happened in Doncaster Road, Thrybergh, at just before 4am on Sunday and involved a grey Fiat Punto.

A police spokeswoman said: “The road was closed for a short time while emergency services carried out their work.

“The driver of the car, a 25-year-old woman and her passenger, a 25-year-old man were taken to Northern General Hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”
