TWO fire incidents happened in Thurcroft over the bank holiday weekend.
Just before 5pm on Saturday, a crew from Maltby Fire Station were called out to an allotment fire on Thurbrook Gardens.
A spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said a small fire had got out of control.
At 12.30pm on Monday, crews from Aston Park and Maltby attended a fire at a property on Cedric Crescent.
Firefighters spent an hour putting out the fire, which the spokeswoman said had been caused by cooking being left unattended in the oven. No-one was hurt.
