Two charged over Maltby attack
TWO men have been charged over an assault in Maltby which left a man seriously injured a week ago.
Joshua Stevens (30), of Scarbrough Crescent, and Daniel Stevens (32), of Strauss Crescent, were charged with Section 18 wounding.
Police were called to a property on Novello Street in Maltby last Monday (20) following reports that a man had been assaulted.
The 59-year-old victim was taken to hospital, where he remained in a serious condition at the weekend.
