Two arson attacks in ten minutes

TWO cars were deliberately set alight just minutes apart on Saturday.

Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to the arson attack on Fitzwilliam Road, Eastwood, at 11.30pm and were at the scene until 12.10am, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.

Firefighters from Dearne station were called to a seperate arson attack involving a car on Marvell Way, Wath, at 11.40pm and tackled the flames for 35 minutes, added the spokesperson.
