Two arrests after cannabis farm found in Rawmarsh

Officers from the Rotherham North Neighbourhood Policing Team discovered 44 plants growing across four rooms in a house on Kilnhurst Road.

In a Facebook post, officers said another house had been destroyed so that organised crime groups could profit from it.

They said: "I know our followers have their own views on cannabis.

"It is illegal and worth pointing out that no-one growing cannabis for their own use destroys the majority of the house leaving themselves one room and a kitchen to use."
