Two appear in court charged with attempted murder of man in Ferham

A MAN and a woman have appeared in court charged with attempting to murder a man in Ferham.

Nathan Liversidge (30), of no fixed abode, and Gemma Muscroft (32) of Hartington Road, Ferham, entered no pleas when they appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court yesterday (Monday) following an incident on Hartington Road on Friday.

Both have been charged with attempting to murder Meredith Williams between February 21 and 22.

They have also both been charged with false imprisonment.

Liversidge and Muscroft were remanded into custody to appear at Sheffield Crown Court tomorrow (Wednesday).
