Trees set alight in East Herringthorpe
CONIFERS were deliberately set alight at East Herringthorpe in the early hours of today (Tuesday).
A fire crew from Rotherham station attended Woodgrove Road at 4am and was at the scene for 25 minutes.
Earlier, a car was set alight on Grange Lane in Thorpe Hesley. A crew from Elm Lane station dealt with the incident at 12.40am.
And there was a deliberate fire involving rubbish at Princes Crescent in Edlington at 11.20pm yesterday.
