TRAVEL: This week’s M1 closures for overnight roadworks

Highways England said the southbound entry slip road of the M1 junction 31 at Aston will be closed overnight for two nights from tonight (Wednesday, February 7) for technology work. 

The closure will take place between 8pm and 6am and a diversion route will be signposted.

The northbound exit and entry slip road of the M1 junction 35 at Thorpe Hesley will be closed overnight tonight (Wednesday, February 7) for routine works. 

The southbound exit and entry will also be closed overnight on Thursday (February 8) for routine works between 8pm and 6am and a diversion route will be in place.

The northbound exit and entry of the M1 junction 34 Tinsley Viaduct will be closed overnight on Friday (February 9) between 8pm and 6am.
