Tram Train service disrupted due to "heat-related issues"

ONLY one Tram Train service is running every hour due to "heat-related issues" affecting the railway.

Stagecoach Supertram said in a Tweet that services would operate from Cathedral to Parkgate at 1 minute past the hour and from Parkgate to Cathedral at 32 minutes past the hour, until further notice.

The company said all other Tram Train services would operate between Cathedral and Meadowhall.

It said customers could use trains or buses between Sheffield, Meadowhall and Rotherham, and buses between Rotherham Central and Parkgate.
