Three Rotherham men arrested after man attacked in Buckinghamshire

THREE Rotherham men were arrested on suspicion of obstructing police officers after a man was assaulted in Buckinghamshire.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was reportedly assaulted in a vehicle in High Wycombe at 3.20am on Thursday. He was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.

The vehicle he was in, a grey Toyota Aventis, was damaged during the incident.

Thames Valley Police said the offenders were described as Asian men, but it was unclear exactly how many were involved.

Three Rotherham men, aged 24, 21 and 22, were arrested on suspicion of obstructing police officers in the lawful execution of their duty.

The 21-year-old man and 24-year-old man have been released without charge.

The 22-year-old man has been released under investigation.
