Three men in custody on false imprisonment charges

Police were called to reports a man had been assaulted at an address in the Holmes area on Monday.

Imran Ditta (33), of Renishaw Avenue, and Adal Ditta (28), of Belmont Street, have since been charged with assault and false imprisonment. 

Mohammed Jamil (53), of Pitt Street, has been charged with assault, false imprisonment and threats to kill. 

All three appeared before magistrates in Sheffield yesterday (Thursday) and were remanded in custody.
