Three held after drugs and ammo seized
CANNABIS, cash and ammunition were seized when armed police swooped on premises in Thorpe Hesley.
The haul, from addresses in Newton Place, included 20kg of a substance used to dilute cocaine, as well as £30,000-worth of pot, £10,000 in cash and bags of bullets and shotgun cartridges.
Three men—Marcus Junior Treasure (23), of Wensley Street, Grimesthorpe, Sheffield; Marcus Junior McPherson (28), of Psalter Lane, Brincliffe, Sheffield and Rajvinder Singh Takhar (28), of Patterdale Road, Dalton, Huddersfield—were all remanded in custody when they appeared at Rotherham Magistrates' Court.
A 30-year-old woman from Doncaster was also arrested but released on bail without charge.
