Three fire engines called to Holmes house fire
AN investigation is underway to determine the cause of a house fire in Holmes which broke out last night (Tuesday).
Two crews from Rotherham station and one from Parkway tackled the bedroom fire in Cavendish Road at 9.30pm.
A man in his 20s was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and crews departed at 11.25pm, said a fire service spokeswoman.
An investigation into the cause is ongoing, she added.
