Three fire crews attend Maltby bin blaze

Crews from Maltby, Edlington and Aston stations attended what was thought to be a building fire, but which turned out to involve only one bin.

Two appliances quickly left the scene at Highfield Park, while the third doused the refuse with a hose reel, said a fire service spokeswoman.

The fire was started deliberately, a spokeswoman said.
