By Michael Upton | 06/11/2017
THREE men accused of child sex offences are due to go on trial today.
The first trial brought forward following the National Crime Agency’s Operation Stovewood probe into historic abuse in Rotherham will see Riaz Makhmood (39), Sajid Ali (38) and Zaheer Iqbal (39) brought before Sheffield Crown Court.
The men, all from the Masbrough area, face a total of 15 charges of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 in 1994.
