Three deaths and slight drop in Covid patient numbers at Rotherham Hospital

There were 48 people with the virus at the hospital last week - and 42 today.

As of this morning, one inpatient was being treated with the virus in critical care.

The total number of inpatients who have tested positive since Covid-19 is 5,272. 

So far, 85.4 per cent of the population in Rotherham aged over 12 have had their first dose of the vaccine, 81.9 per cent have had their second and 65.6 per cent have received a booster jab.
