Three arrested over Bramley assault

THREE people have now been arrested after a late-night assault outside a take-away in Bramley in which a man suffered serious head injuries.

A 28-year-old man, who has not been named, was yesterday described as “serious but stable” in hospital following the alleged attack outside Domino’s Pizza on Bawtry Road on Tuesday night.

Two 16-year-old youths and a 19-year-old man, all from the Bramley area, have been arrested on suspicion of assault.

Police are appealing for witnesses and are asking them to contact Det Sgt Lee Berry on 01709 832 260 or e-mail lee.berry@southyorks.pnn.police.uk.
