Thousands of pounds of stolen goods handled by Swinton man

A SWINTON man has admitted handling thousands of pounds worth of goods stolen from a high street retailer.

Dale Coles (29), of Fitzwilliam Street, admitted at Sheffield Crown Court last Thursday (18) to handling stolen goods from Next, worth £5,000, on October 4, 2019.

He denied theft in connection with the stolen goods and his plea was accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service, which offered no evidence.
