Teen's bike stolen in double attack at Sprotbrough
A 15-year-old boy was attacked twice by two men who stole his bicycle and attempted to take his phone.
He was pushed off the bike on Melton Road, Sprotbrough, shortly after 8.30pm on Thursday, police said.
A spokeswoman added: “The unknown men are believed to have assaulted the teenager while he was on the floor, before he was able to run into a nearby field.

Hide Ad“He was chased and assaulted again, which officers believe was an attempt to steal his phone, before the suspects fled the scene in a car.”
The bicycle is a Giant Glory and the vehicle the men were reported to have left in was a dark blue Honda, possibly from 2003 to 2005.
The two suspects were described as wearing black coats and grey tracksuit bottoms.
