Teenager hurt in smash
A TEENAGE driver suffered serious head injuries after his car flipped onto its roof and hit a wall.
The 17-year-old was travelling on Droppingwell Road when his silver Peugeot 206 is believed to have crossed onto the opposite carriageway and mounted an embankment.
He was taken to Sheffield’s Northern General Hospital after the incident at the junction with Green Lane, at about 2.40pm yesterday.
