Teen killed in fatal road collision is named

A TEENAGE motorist who died in a crash on Monday has been named by police as Ethen Saunders.

The 18-year-old was driving his silver Renault Clio on Doncaster Road, Hickleton, when it collided with a white Renault Master van.

It happened at about 7am and Mr Saunders was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police spokesman said: “Officers are investigating the collision and appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the collision, or either of the vehicles prior to the collision, to contact them.”
