Teen girl and man arrested after £10k town centre drugs find

A TEEN girl and a man were arrested after class A and B drugs worth £10,000 were discovered by police.

Officers found cocaine and cannabis after carrying out a warrant on Walter Street, Rotherham, yesterday (Thursday).

A 25-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were detained on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

Det Insp Scott Szymczak said: “Drugs supply in our community is rightly a real concern for people, and I want to assure everyone that we do review information passed to us and we do follow up any and every line of enquiry.
