Hide AdPolice launched a pursuit and it didn't take long to catch the Mondeo because it was missing a tyre from its front nearside wheel. This caused the driver to lose control and collide with a road sign, said the officer.
The male driver and a passenger were arrested.
Anyone who recognises any of the tools should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 75 of April 5.
