Solaglas in running for award

Solaglas Windowcare, based in Hellaby, Rotherham, has been shortlisted in the ‘Excellence in Learning and Development’ category of the Personnel Today awards.

Personnel Today is an online publication and community of HR professionals specialising in HR news, strategy and professional development. The annual awards are a key event in the HR calendar, and recognise teams making an impact with their people policies, successfully managing change and delivering great bottom-line business benefits.

Shortlisted for introducing an ongoing coaching programme to frontline staff, Solaglas is up against projects from ATS Euromaster, Bradford District (NHS) Care Trust, Chorley Council, John Lewis and Signet Trading.

The awards ceremony will be held at the London Hilton, Park Lane on November 30.
