Slight rise in Covid patient numbers at Rotherham Hospital
FOUR more people died at Rotherham Hospital after testing positive for Covid in the past week, while the number of inpatients with the virus has risen slightly from 26 to 28.
As of this morning (Wednesday), there were no inpatients being treated with the virus in critical care.
The total number of inpatients who have tested positive at the hospital since the start of the pandemic is now 5,345.
So far, 85.4 per cent of the population in Rotherham aged over 12 have had their first dose of the vaccine, 82 per cent have had their second and 65.7 per cent have received a booster jab.
