Shed set alight in East Dene

Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to the arson attack on Finley Road at 9.55pm and came away at 10.55pm, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.

A crew from Aston station was called to a deliberate rubbish fire on Old Colliery Way, Swallownest, at 8.45pm and spent five minutes at the scene.

Another deliberate rubbish fire was reported at 7.20pm on Ingsfield Lane, Bolton-upon-Dearne, while a crew from Dearne station were called to a similar incident on Dearne Road, Bolton-upon-Dearne, at 9.30pm.
