Schools bids a fond farewell to Mrs Cutts

PUPILS bade a fond farewell to a long-standing teacher as her final school bell rang after 34 years.

Michele Cutts, pictured with class Year 4C at Wath Central Primary, was described by office manager Nicola McMullen as “a pivotal member of staff who has had significant impact on the families within this community”.

Mrs Cutts has taught several of the parents of current pupils, all of whom had happy memories of learning from her, said Ms McMullen, adding: “She will be missed by her class, the whole school and the local community.

“We all wish her a very happy retirement.”
