Rubbish set alight in West Melton
RUBBISH was deliberately set alight in West Melton last night (Tuesday).
Firefighters from Dearne station were called to the deliberate fire on Derwent Way at 8.10pm and were at the scene for 40 minutes, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
A crew from the same station was called to a deliberate rubbish fire on New Wortley Road, Masbrough, at 10.15pm, added the spokesperson.
They left at 11.05pm.
