Rubbish fire in Swinton

A crew from Birley fire station were called to Charnwood Street at 9.15pm.

"Rubbish was set on fire in a field," said a spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.

"The crew left the scene at 9.30pm and the cause was deliberate."
