Rotherham United youngster Jake Hull pens first pro deal

ACADEMY graduate Jake Hull's progress with Rotherham United has been rewarded with a one-year contract.

The defender has completed a two-year scholarship with the Millers and made an impression in first team training sessions, earning a pro deal from the club.

Sheffield-born Jake follows Jacob Gratton in gaining a senior contract and will look to follow the lead of other home-grown youngsters like Ben Wiles, Josh Kayode and Jake Cooper who have all made great strides.

Hull's involvement with the first team group will continue in the run-up to the forthcoming Sky Bet Championship campaign, which kicks off on September 12.
